In 2019, a group of people interested in Complexity got together in San Francisco for a one-day event called ComplexityCon. They wanted to learn how to apply Complexity theories to real-world problems.

They had so much fun that they decided to make it an annual event. However, due to the pandemic, they had to shift to online events, which brought people from all over the world. They started hosting biannual weekend events and monthly community events.

Their community grew, and they formed public teams and a coworking space. They rebranded to "Complexity Adventurers" in 2023 and continue to innovate in the Complexity education space.
